We feed our guests in the afternoon; however breakfast can be served to those who require extra calories.

 

We offer a bathing and blow dry service.
As we prefer to bath on the day that your dog is being collected we have a late check out of 12pm.

 

We like to spend as much time as possible with the dogs.  This can mean talking to them as we pass by, giving them a cuddle, a pat or playing a game.  We have 20 spacious exercise areas to ensure they get plenty of fresh air and sunshine.

 

It is a requirement that all of our guests have been vaccinated with C5 vaccine at least 2 weeks prior to their stay. We do need to see their current vaccination certificate.

 

We have a vet on call 24 hours a day

If your dog requires veterinary attention we would contact your own vet first, however if they are unavailable or some distance away we have our own vet on call.
